RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and design concepts for projects that are usable, beautiful, and marketable
- Develop information architecture and execute wireframes
- Design page layouts and interaction methodology
- Work closely with developers during build processes
- Work collaboratively with other designers to tackle complex design problems
- Work with stakeholders in other departments (strategy, marketing, brand design) to understand business objectives and provide solutions through design
- Work collaboratively with our content studio to create beautiful visual content
- Participate throughout a project's entire creative process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design work and beautiful comps that communicate large concepts
- Proven ability to take a project from concept to launch with a strong understanding the process throughout
- Ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and come up with ideas that are relevant and enticing
- Affinity for consistency, color, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details
- Knowledge of current trends in design and technology
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, browsers, and devices
- While not required, the ability to write front-end code (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing full lifecycle software development
- Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Producing specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with latest features

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
- Three years experience in related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- Organize and oversee communication campaigns (social media etc.), promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, proposals, website material etc.).
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with Project manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
- MBA/PGDBM/BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
